    The Ukrainian Scientific Medical Youth Journal, USMYJ - scientific and practical peer-reviewed publication was first issued in 1993 by Bogomolets National Medical University, Kyiv, Ukraine as an initiative of a group of young scientists and students. The USMYJ is supported by both National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and National Medical Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The USMYJ is included in the list of scientific specialized editions of Ukraine, which can be published results of dissertations, and included in international periodicals directory Ulrichs International Periodicals Directory (New York), and to scientometric databases: Index Copernicus, Index Science, Google Scholar, represented at information resource Scientific Periodicals of Ukraine and at Bibliometryka Ukrainian Science system. The USMYJ is designed for specialists of wide audience, scientists, students, highlighting the scientific achievements of young scientists in the field of theoretical, clinical and preventive medicine, and publishing of lectures of luminaries of medical science.
