The extensive nature of its structure and scope of its activities is directly related to the social mission that plays . The UNEB has 29 departments at 24 campuses : one based in the state capital , is located where the central administration of the institution , and the rest distributed in 23 major municipalities in Bahia medium and large. Currently , the university offers more than 150 course options and skills in the classroom and methods of distance education ( DE ) , the levels of undergraduate and graduate courses , offered in 29 departments. It is worth noting , in this area, the significant growth in the provision of courses stricto sensu ( master's or doctorate ) in recent years in Salvador and other cities , promoting the internalization of public , free and quality graduate . Besides Campi , the UNEB is present in almost all of the 417 municipalities of the state , through extension programs and actions in partnership with public and private organizations , benefiting millions of Bahia citizens , mostly from the social segments and economically disadvantaged and excluded . Literacy and empowerment of young people and adults at social risk; education in agrarian reform settlements and indigenous and maroon communities ; projects for inclusion and recovery facing the disabled , the elderly , GLBT , among others , are some of the initiatives that bring the university in society . The UNEB also develops important research in all regions in which it operates . Some projects have the mark of the academic forefront , like the work in the areas of robotics and educational electronic games , with which has already won awards and national and international recognition . The student body of the institution is encouraged to participate in research through scientific initiation scholarships and mentoring programs . With the support of his academic community , the many partners and society reaffirms the UNEB , every day , their commitment to continue on the path that combines academic excellence to its social mission , thereby contributing to the socio-educational and economic development Bahia and the country. Country Brazil Impact Factor Or Status Awaiting Journal Description Mission and Objectives In order to disseminate and advance knowledge in the field of Management, Accounting and Finance, the Journal Management, Finance and Accounting (RGFC) aims to disseminate by electronic means of the relevant scientific literature from these areas, free of charge, open to all interested. Types of Documents Accepted Articles should address issues within the following areas: Administration (Management, Business Strategy, Marketing or Education), Finance (Corporate or behavioral) and Accounting (Controlling for Internal or External or User Education and Research). Practice of Scientific Publication The RGFC ANPAD adopts the Manual of Practice for Scientific Publication, which represent a set of criteria and guidelines about scientific publishing and the roles of the main actors involved in the process, both from the ethical point of view as operating.
